Teams - Transferring a Call Tutorial

In this video, you will learn about transferring a call using Microsoft 365. The video covers two ways to forward a call:
with or without consultation.
You can transfer the call by clicking on the three little dots during communication and selecting "Forward." Then, enter the number or select the contact to whom you want to transfer the call.
You also have the option to forward the call to their work email.
If you want to consult the recipient first, select "Consult" and then transfer.
You can send a written message or call the recipient directly.
After announcing the transfer, you can either stop the communication and use the first method to transfer the call or click the "Transfer" button to end your call and automatically start the transfer call.
If the transfer cannot be made, the caller will be redirected to the email of the person you wanted to reach.
